Delilah Heidke
Education & Evaluation Specialist,
Executive Director
“Promoting quality care in early childhood settings is not just a career to me, it’s my passion. I believe that responsive caregiving, rich interactions, safe environments, and engaging materials are necessities that provide children with the confidence and security they need to learn. Having experienced many aspects within the early childhood professional field, it is an absolute joy to share my knowledge with and to continue learning from the many of us who understand the impact a teacher can have on a child’s future.”

GREG LOAR
Trainer
“For more than 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in Early Childhood Education, helping create environments where young children can learn and grow. I’ve served as a regional ECERS-R anchor and developed expertise in ECERS, FCCERS, and ITERS. I love supporting programs in designing thoughtful, developmentally appropriate environments where children can thrive.
My extensive background includes multiple reliability certifications from the Environment Rating Scales Institute (ERSI), and I am CLASS Certified and reliable across all three CLASS tools. I’m also a Certified Playground Safety Inspector, reflecting my commitment to safe and engaging spaces for young learners. Recently, I presented at the Long Beach Early Childhood Education Symposium, sharing practical strategies for building safe and responsive learning environments.
I earned my Master of Education from Claremont Graduate University and my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Chapman University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing the piano—two things that keep me grounded and inspired. “
